1. Information we may collect

The system may receive profile, contact and context details, relevant medical data and documents according to the enabled module.

2. How information is used

  • Show an actionable profile with useful information.
  • Enable fast and safe contact.
  • Support tracking, traceability and operational continuity.
  • Maintain technical support and security controls.

3. Visibility and control

Only the information that is strictly necessary should be public. Sensitive fields should be configured with minimum-privilege criteria.

4. Location and consent

Location is only shared through an explicit action by the person sending it. There is no continuous tracking by default.

5. Files and documents

Uploaded files are used to improve context and response. Anyone who uploads content must have permission to share it.

6. Cookies and local storage

Local storage may be used for language preferences and functional cache. It is not designed for invasive advertising tracking.

7. Retention and security

Data is retained to sustain operation and traceability. It is recommended to complement the platform with backups and internal policies.

8. Update or deletion requests

To correct or delete information, use the project support channels and the contact page.
